Important Dates
- January 10th, 2024: Abstract submission opens
- June 20th, 2024: Abstract submission deadline for Soap box presentations (oral)
- July 17th, 2024: Abstract submission deadline for POSTERS only. Please note there will be no extension on the deadline, and abstracts submitted after July 17th for poster presentation will not be considered unless it is a late-breaking abstract with appropriate justification for late submission.
- July 10th, 2024: Notification about abstract acceptance for oral presentations
- July 31st, 2024: Notification about abstract acceptance for poster presentations
- July 20th, 2024: Early Bird Registration
